TeamPrint

TeamPrint® is a world-class behavioral assessment tool built to analyze person-job fit and to create high-performing teams. Validated on organizational employees and teams, TeamPrint® gives you consulting-level data and actionable results instantly.

The TeamPrint® assessment takes, on average, 5-8 minutes to complete. Results from the TeamPrint® assessment is used to select employees into organizations, to select employees onto teams, to assess the potential of teams, and to provide coaching to individuals and teams.

The TeamPrint® Profiles are built upon a combination of four Foundational Traits: Leadership, Social, Reaction, and Technical. The Foundational Traits are measured on a two standard deviation curve, meaning there are six degrees of how extreme or non-extreme a particular attribute is in a person.

Each Vector has Profiles based on their similarities in personality, work styles, and preferences both as individuals and as employees within an organization.

Overall, the TeamPrint® assessment has empirically-based evidence of reliability and validity.

TeamPrint® results represent core behaviors and mindsets that are innately true, allowing employees to be comfortable doing what is asked of them and to be energized by their work. As a result, output is maximized and team culture is improved.

Multi-Factor Assessment Of Civility

The Multifactor Assessment of Civility (MAC™) assesses team civility perceptions among functional workgroups. The MAC™ is comprised of five factors of workplace civility:

The MAC™ contains 30 items and takes about 5 minutes to complete. The MAC™ has been validated on over 1200 employees and has ample evidence of reliability and construct validity.

Improving workplace civility has major positive implications for organizations, such as increased job satisfaction, organization commitment, trust in management, and organizational savings. Higher levels of civility can also help to reduce turnover intentions, absenteeism, and EEO complaints.

Results from the MAC™ are used to design customized interventions to address workgroups with low team civility. These interventions can include focused steps such as individual coaching, team building, leadership development, and organizational change strategies.

The MAC™ allows workgroups to establish new civility norms, models for desired behaviors, and steps to confidently address uncivil behavior. The MAC™ can be used in organizations of any size, including employees at various supervisory and non-supervisory levels.

Team Cohesion Inventory

The Team Cohesion Inventory (TCI™) assesses perceptions of team productivity and collaboration among intact workgroups. The TCI™ is comprised of six factors of Team Cohesion:

The TCI™ contains 40 items and takes about 7 minutes to complete. The TCI™ has been validated on over 600 employees and has abundant evidence of reliability and validity.

Improving team cohesion can lead to substantial outcomes for organizations, such as increased team and individual job satisfaction, improved team and organizational commitment, and higher organizational performance. High team cohesion is also related to lower turnover and absenteeism.

Results from the TCI™ can be used to pinpoint sources of low team cohesion which then can be addressed through customized interventions. These interventions may include enhancing workgroup civility, implementing team building strategies, improving workgroup communication, and engaging in individual coaching.

The TCI™ allows workgroups to establish a new understanding of team interactions, roles, and responsibilities. Although the TCI™ can be used in workgroups of any size and supervisory or non-supervisory levels, it is recommended for workgroups consisting of at least 4 employees.

Optimum Performance Inventory

The Optimum Performance Inventory™ (OPI) was developed using a well-known theory of Sport Psychology. However, instead of the athletic field or arena, the questions were written with the business setting in mind. Consequently, the OPI™ measures specific personality traits that will ensure a high level of business performance.

The OPI™ uses a 5-point scale consisting of 75 items, and it takes about 12 minutes to complete. The OPI™ measures 11 different performance dimensions so you can pinpoint exactly where high and low areas of potential performance may exist. These performance areas are:

In addition to established evidence of reliability and validity, the OPI™ has been found to be free of engaging in adverse impact (i.e., discrimination) across gender, race/ethnicity, and age. Because the above areas have been associated with successful performance, scores on the OPI™ can be used to select or develop candidates for a variety of positions, particularly those in executive-level positions, as well as areas to focus on while engaging in individual
coaching.

Results from the Optimum Performance Inventory™ are used to select employees into organizations (particularly those at the highest organizational levels) as well as for executive coaching.
